THE USE OF MOSQUITO NETS

 Malaria is  a life threatening disease caused by a parasite called plasimodium which is transferred from one person to another through female mosquitos,Hence mosquitos are the insects responsible for the spread of malaria

 

 Currently there are more than 100,000 reported cases of malaria in Kinondoni district and Kinondoni district has shown the largest number of reported cases of malaria in Dar es salaam.hence the dwellers of kinondoni are at high risk of getting or even dying from malaria if measures are not taken

The most effective measure to prevent malaria is the use of mosquito nets that prevent mosquitos from biting us as we sleep

Elena can use "facebook" as one of types of web 2.0 in promoting the use of mosquito

bed nets.This is because most of the people have enrolled themselves in facebook

accounts, this will help most of the people to get the information from Elena.

On top of that facebook, the massive social networking site, has become a critical

player in news. Its role has evolved from a network for friends to share personal

information to a way for people to share, recommend and link together all kinds of

information.

simply because nowadays most of the people do communicate using these groups

In my view, Elena should use "YouTube" to promote the use of mosquito nets to the

society by posting videos on her channel which can be viewed by many people as

possible since on YouTube any individual can search and watch the videos.

🤔🤔Exactly the present generation prefers more in watching videos rather than

spending much time reading hence the information will be easily conveyed.

All the documents that will be used should be stored in google drive so that they persist

for a long time to be applied in future as long as a campaign against malaria is

conducted ,those documents could be used as reference in evaluating achievement and

planning strategies. Example zero malaria start with me tool kit document can be

uploaded there for easy accessibility anytime and anywhere.
